I wanted to write to you and let you know how impressed I was with how the staff at your hotel in Dublin Ohio handled a problem that we had with our reservation. I don't know how it happened, but an overbooking situation came up that prevented us from staying there.

The staff there had already taken care of the problem and put us up at a neighboring hotel. We usually stay at a different hotel in Dublin when we travel there but they were full that weekend, which is why we made reservations at Woodfin Suites.

Great Hotel

This is a great place to stay. The room was divided so the adults could get up early and get ready before the children woke up. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything extra we asked for was available. The complimentary breakfast was good. The room was clean. Also this hotel is close to the Columbus Zoo. Very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
